CalCareers Representatives are not able to address individual human resources (HR) concerns. Current State civil service employees should contact their departmental HR or Personnel Office about benefits, upward mobility, payroll, and other HR concerns.

The CalCareers Team offers career counseling services to assist users in their search for State Jobs. To schedule an appointment with a Career Counselor, complete the Career Counseling Intake Form.

Standard State Application Forms

The standard state employment forms can be selected manually here. They can be viewed as PDF format documents and you can print them if you choose. However, to take full advantage of this website and your CalCareer account, we recommend that you sign in and create your application electronically, where you will be able to manage, submit, and track job applications.
