Job Description and Duties

Our Private Equity Team is currently seeking an Investment Director (ID) who will be responsible for the partial administration of the Private Equity program and will work with and/or coordinate the work of INVO staff. The ID is expected to fully comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, as well as CalPERS Policies and Procedures, as approved by the Investment Committee and/or the full Board of Administration.

Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite per week.

This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards. The annual incentive opportunity is 0-120% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures. The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 80-120% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.
