The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is to be no more than two pages, using 12 pt. Century Gothic font, describing how the applicant’s work history and educational background make them the ideal candidate for the position. Failure to include a SOQ with responses to questions below will disqualify the applicant from being considered for the position.

2. Describe your experience with external/internal partnerships. How did you establish those partnerships, and what specific characteristics did you utilize in maintaining those partnerships?
3. Describe your ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, make effective presentations, participate in public forum, and represent the Department in transportation matters.
4. Demonstrate your knowledge of the project development process through examples from your past and current working assignments.
