• Experience creating or updating digital systems.
• Managing projects or processes that implement state laws.
• Experience with rulemaking, including organizing and analyzing public comments and rulemaking documents, preparing rulemaking packages, and tracking.
• Experience analyzing legal documents and providing recommendations based on that appropriate research and analysis.
• Ability to work in a team environment; including the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience preparing correspondence on behalf of an organization, executing scheduled email communications and processing incoming inquiries.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
