Job Description and Duties

The Information Security Office (ISO) provides the following services: development of security policies and standards, security and privacy training and outreach, security compliance reviews, and security incident reporting and handling coordination, security incident investigation and migration, daily monitoring of security dashboards. ISO team supports various security management and control tools in collaboration with OTSI's information technology office.

Under close supervision of the Information Security Manager, the incumbent will perform a variety of tasks of broad scope in connection with the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI) Information Security Office, including but not limited to, Service Desk ticket management, first-level support for the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents, computer and printer installation, and system documentation as required.
