The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each candidate’s ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. When responding to the SOQ, please follow these guidelines: Responses must be typewritten or generated by word processing on 8 ½” x 11” paper, using 12-point font, limited to one page, and include your full name in the header. Responses are to be complete, specific, clear, and concise. Answer each numbered item separately indicating the corresponding item number for each response.- Explain in detail how your training and experience makes you the most qualified candidate for this position.
- Describe how you will support your management team to meet the goals and objectives of the Continuing Care Contracts Bureau, Adult and Senior Care Program, Community Care Licensing Division, and the Department of Social Services.

Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
