Demonstrated knowledge & experience with lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities - especially with communities of color - in a culturally & linguistically responsive manner.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and subject matter expertise in, health equity issues impacting LGBTQ+ Foster Youth.
Strong communications skills including writing policy and program analysis for distribution to executive leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with procurement processes including grantmaking and grant management.
Experience developing and executing systems for tracking goals, objectives, and key results.
Ability to display diplomacy, execute sound judgement, & exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to utilize office systems & computer applications.
