Job Description and Duties

Reporting directly to the Executive Director of the CalSavers Retirement Savings Board (CRSB), this position will have primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of outreach, education, customer support, marketing and user experience strategies and processes for the CalSavers Retirement Savings Program.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
  • Experience leading a customer service and/or outreach team
  • Experience working with external vendors to coordinate work and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Experience with public speaking and presenting complex subject matter topics to various audiences in conferences, meetings and in virtual settings
  • Experience with marketing, training, customer experience and product development
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays, to represent CalSavers at meetings and conferences

Minimum Qualifications

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment.
