• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience planning and orchestrating large events, meetings, seminars, or forums.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar.
• Proficient writing and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others including staff, and existing and potential partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of public finance including debt issuance and investment of public funds.
