• Supervisor experience.
• Excellent computer application skills, e.g., MS Word, MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Confidentiality and discretion are required due to the nature and sensitivity of the documents handled.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Punctuality is essential to the position. Regular attendance is required.
• Ability to perform quality control steps to ensure processing procedures have been met to avoid data errors.
• Experience in determining the completeness and accuracy of work products.
• Willingness to familiarize oneself with health facilities within the district office’s jurisdiction.
• Use good judgment in decision-making, manage time and resources effectively and maintain organization.
• Proven ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.
