• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role managing multi-functional teams who support IT operations.
• Ability to exhibit core values-based leadership and team building while fostering a collaborative One Team philosophy across IT and business programs.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and vendors to develop complex technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to recommend and oversee initiatives that advance an organization’s capability through innovation and enhance IT service delivery.
• Proven expertise translating highly technical information to propose, present, and influence IT initiatives and recommendations to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and experience applying diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within an organization
• Experience with Microsoft development technologies, such as .NET Core, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure Cloud, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge and experience using and administering data modeling software.
• Experience evaluating, designing, planning, or implementing interoperable IT solutions and related components.
• Extensive familiarity and knowledge of IT Project Management, Portfolio Management, Governance and the state’s Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL).
• Applied experience using software development lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Knowledge and experience managing data and analytical teams including the use of tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing database management systems and related technologies and tools.
• Experience developing and managing customer relationships and forming effective business partnerships through coordination, collaboration and communication.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with and reporting to external oversight entities such as state and federal partners.
• Demonstrated experience with the ability to provide policy direction to diverse teams for the development and implementation of IT policies, standards, and processes.
