PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – CENTRAL VALLEY DISTRICT / FOUR RIVERS SECTOR OFFICE
The reporting location for this position is the Four Rivers Sector Office in Los Banos, CA. This position will work under the direction of the State Park Superintendent III.
The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising, planning, and directing the maintenance staff and the day-to-day maintenance operations at San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area (SRA), Pacheco State Park (SP), McConnell SRA, George J. Hatfield SRA, Great Valley Grasslands SP, and may assist with Dos Rios SP. This position provides the daily oversight of the Four Rivers Sector maintenance program that includes daily briefings and daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for program areas. Purchasing and contracts oversight, project management, and policy compliance.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.
The incumbent’s work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) 599.961, this is a sensitive position, and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing. It should be noted that testing is not mandatory but is allowed to be conducted only if and when there is a determination of reasonable suspicion as defined in CCR 599.962.
This position is designated as not telework eligible.
