The California State Lottery (Lottery) is looking for a talented Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Manager. You would be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the Lottery's EPMO and staff. More specifically, setting project management processes and standards, formulating future long-range vision and objectives, aligning, reviewing implementation, and ensuring conformance of the EPMO with organizational policies and objectives. Additionally, drives the EPMO strategic oversight, administration, and collaboration with the organization’s executives, business, and information technology stakeholders to provide enterprise-wide guidance, governance, standardized processes, and project portfolio management frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.

This position is headquartered in Sacramento and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Eligibility for telework requires the employee to reside in California per California Government Code Section 14200 which states: “telecommuting means the partial or total substitution of computers or telecommunication technologies, or both, for the commute to work by employees residing in California.
