1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively with a team and work independently to complete work assignments.
3. Experience analyzing facts to law and determining and recommending appropriate action (e.g. large restitution awards, large penalty awards, extensive injunctive relief, receiverships, temporary restraining orders, other ancillary relief, license revocation, bar, prison) in civil, administrative or criminal prosecutions.
4. Has a working knowledge of the laws under the jurisdiction of the DBO, and Rules of Evidence.
5. Applicants ability to analyze a case file e.g. investigative reports, discovery materials, administrative record) to determine appropriate action.
6. Ability to manage an active caseload
7. Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility
