In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Knowledge and awareness of the Debt Collection Licensing Act (DCLA) and California Consumer Financial Protection Law (CCFPL).
• Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate situations or issues related to licensing/examination for solutions.
• Experience with planning, processing, organizing licensing and/or examination activities.
• Good working knowledge and experience with data mining, analytics, and general information technology.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability, with a strong work ethic.
• Great team building skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
• Travel will be required within and outside California.
