In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Be knowledgeable and possess a high level of analytical skills and have a good working knowledge of IT and Non-IT procurement, contracts, and IT certification process.
• Knowledge of State IT procurement vehicles and processes as defined in the DGS SAM and SCM Volume 3 IT and CDT SIMM 71B and SIMM 22B procurements, instructions and submittal.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while ensuring focus on quality, deadlines, and business goals.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and executive management.
• Experience with developing and delivering presentation to senior and executive management.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing efficient and innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Proficient in using database, spreadsheet and charting software.
