Information Technology (IT) Contract Leadership
• A solid background in government IT service contract procurement is essential.
• Ability to adhere to best practices in the efficient delivery of IT service contract procurement services.
• Strong knowledge of CDT and DGS state project approval and procurement services.
• Strong knowledge of CMS planning document processes.
• Strong background and understanding of IT systems, services and infrastructure to lead the development of IT procurement statement of works (SOWs) and related contract documentation.
• Excellent relationship management skills across a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly at senior levels.
• Demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
