In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Drafting and/or reviewing work products and deliverables for IT managed service contracts.
• Reviewing, tracking and approving invoices for IT managed contracts or software licenses.
• Managing project or system operations budgets.
• Developing or reviewing contract documents (Statement of Work) for IT service contract procurements.
• Critical thinking and analytical capability.
• Project management principles, which include planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, execution, and monitoring.
• Performing range of quality control and test services, including system, user acceptance, production verification/validation.
• Ability to research, problem solve and troubleshoot the most challenging business and/or technical issues.
• Verification and validation of contract related scope of work, service and system level requirements including deliverables.
• Working with system integrators and ensuring their accountability to service deliverables.
• State contract management processes and procedures.
• Experience with various State IT solicitation vehicles such as Request for Proposal, Request for Offer including State contract management processes and procedures.
• Applied ability to adjust to rapid shifts in priorities while meeting tightly stated deadlines.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and independence.
• Depth and strengths in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
