The Demand Response Team is responsible for developing and supporting policies and initiatives related to demand response and load flexibility. We develop policies and initiatives that leverage Behind-the-Meter Distributed Energy Resources (DERs), automation technologies, and energy management tools to adjust customers' energy consumption in response to dynamic rates, market price signals or reliability and grid emergency conditions.

The changing energy landscape for demand response is creating new, exciting challenges that will be rewarding to solve. This is a high visibility position that will require briefing Commissioners and advisors and working closely with Administrative Law Judges, interested parties and consultants hired for technical support.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and strongly encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities to join our team
