Job Description and Duties

The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will independently perform the more responsible, varied, and complex technical and analytical staff services assignments for the Food and Drug Branch (FDB). The AGPA will be responsible for the research, analysis, drafting, and overall development of regulation packages for licensing manufacturers and enforcement of Industrial Hemp (IH) products.

The incumbent works under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II) (Supervisory) in the FDB, Policy, Regulations, and Outreach Section (PROS).

A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required for this position.
