o Ability to research, problem-solve, and troubleshoot the most challenging business and/or technical issues
• Project & Contract Management
o Strong and proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, cost management, execution, and monitoring
o Contracting and management of contractors, contract activities, and deliverables
o Applied experienced in developing statements of work, project deliverables, and ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements
• Operational Processes & Strategic Planning
o Develop high-level work plans
o Create standards and procedures
o Present high-level ideas to various audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Technical Tools & Work Ethic
