Job Description and Duties

Beginning on July 1, per Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Order, state employees currently covered by a hybrid telework policy will transition to a schedule that includes a default of four days a week in the office. Telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time. If the position becomes permanent, the incumbent will be required to work in the Azusa, CA office 4 days a week.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM 11), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) for the San Gabriel & Lower Los Angeles (SGLLA) Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) performs functions related to the development solicitations and evaluating proposal, grant agreements and contracts management, maintain communication and collaboration with grant recipients; track and monitor issues, handle amendments, invoices, and closeout tasks; assist with budget development including preparing various budget schedules, budget documents, and reports related to the general fund.
