Please note: this position is paid on an hourly basis and limited to 1500 hours per calendar year. The salary range for Scientific Aid is $17.73 - $21.04 per hour.

The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Water Quality has an opening for a Scientific Aid in the Watersheds and Wetlands Section, Wetlands Permitting and Planning Unit. The position location is 1001 I Street, 15th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814, right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations and other public transportation.

Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education/experience.
