Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a discussion of how an applicant's education, training, experience, and skills meet the criteria in the duty statement and qualify the applicant for the position. Please include a 1-2 page(s), 12-point font, that addresses the following:
1. Describe your experience leading the planning and facilitation of complex public or stakeholder meetings. Include how you managed logistics, the review process, presenter support, coordinated across teams, and supported the meeting itself.
2. Describe your experience developing training curriculum and conducting in-person classes for staff and external stakeholders. Include any statutes or regulations that needed to be followed for these trainings/classes.
3. Describe your experience working with executive leadership. Include specific examples of your experience providing high-level briefings to members of an executive team and how you have elevated complex issues that require executive level attention.
Resumes and cover letters will not take the place of the SOQ. Failure to include and complete the SOQ may result in disqualification for interview.
