Job Description and Duties

The CalVCB Enterprise Operations and Services Section is seeking a motivated individual to work as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Training Unit.

The CalVCB Training Unit is committed to supporting and promoting a culture of learning, growth, and development for all CalVCB staff and leadership. The Training Unit provides a variety of training opportunities for internal and external stakeholders with the goal of ensuring timely and accurate compensation for survivors of crime.

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), this position will apply the fundamentals of adult learning principles to develop and deliver various training classes to CalVCB employees and perform a variety of training-related activities.

Working Conditions

CalVCB maintains a hybrid telework workforce. Currently the Training unit is working remotely with two days in the office.
