The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) are read and serves as a documentation of your ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing.
Your SOQ must address the following and include specific examples of your education, training, and/or experience.
1. How have your experience, education, training, and skills prepared you for this position?
2. Explain your experience in administering and supporting windows endpoint Configuration Management Systems. Microsoft EndPoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune experience is preferred.
3. Please describe your knowledge, skills, and experience in the use of scripting technologies (PowerShell,VBS, Bash, Python)
4. Provide a detailed narrative of your working experience, education, and training, and your support role and level of expertise, with the following information security and infrastructure systems:
A. CrowdStrike Falcon next-generation anti-virus solution, the MS Defender Suite, or similar solution(s);
B. Tenable vulnerability scanner, or similar solution(s);
C. M icrosoft Sentinel SIEM solution, or similar SIEM solution(s);
D. Microsoft 365 (M365);
E. Microsoft Intune;
F. Microsoft Active Directory and/or Entra ID services

Training and Development assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment. Training and Development assignments are temporary in nature and shall not exceed twenty-four (24) months.
