Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of fellow Californians while achieving your career goals? Do you set high standards for yourself and enjoy a collaborative and challenging work environment? The mission of the California Department of Social Services is to serve, protect, and support the people of California experiencing need in ways that empower wellbeing and disrupt systemic inequities. The vision of the California Department of Social Services is to provide quality services with a commitment to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable California where all people can thrive.
It is the mission of the Community Care Licensing Division to promote the health, safety, and quality of life of
each person in community care through the administration of an effective collaborative regulatory enforcement
system.
ITLB's mission is to serve as an essential liaison bureau that connects people through technology and bridges
the gap between our stakeholders through meaningful partnerships. We collaborate with stakeholders,
prioritize user needs, drive automation, and process improvement to enhance the efficiency and quality of
CCLD operations. Across these efforts, ITLB provides technological solutions and support to the division, with
ISD, to provide and develop innovative and high quality products and services to provide a better quality of life
for our end users.
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Unit supports successful system and process modernization within the Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD). We lead strategic change efforts—focusing on training, communication, and stakeholder engagement—to ensure staff are informed, prepared, and ready to adopt new tools like the Facility Management System (FMS). Through collaboration and thoughtful planning, we help CCLD deliver better services to California’s most vulnerable populations.
