Under the direction of the Chief of the Production Services Division (PSD), the Information Technology (IT) Manager II will provide leadership and operational oversight for the Enterprise Application Operations & Incident Management Section. The incumbent will oversee and coordinate the activities of three key functional groups: the Incident Monitoring and Support Group, the Operation Support Group, and the Application Operations Support Group.
These groups are responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide IT service stability, proactively identifying and resolving system issues, and ensuring the seamless operation of business-critical applications. The manager will lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of tasks necessary to maintain consistent and efficient IT operations.
This position requires active oversight of operational environment, ensuring continuous monitoring, rapid response, and resolution of system incidents to avoid service disruptions. The incumbent will develop and enforce protocols that support uninterrupted operations during non-business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
As a senior member of the Information Technology Branch (ITB) leadership team, the IT Manager II will collaborate with executives, program managers, technical leads, and external partners to improve IT governance, develop and refine operational policies, and drive service excellence. The incumbent will also play a key role in enterprise-wide modernization efforts, systems integration initiatives, and policy-driven process improvements.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and is subject to change as business needs arise. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office on their assigned in-office days. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.
