Job Description and Duties

The Clinical Administrator’s office is accepting applications to fill a permanent, full time Materials & Stores Specialist position. This position functions under the direction of the Assistant Clinical Administrator.

Qualified applicants must be able to perform a variety of duties, including ordering supplies from vendors/small businesses; acting as a liaison between multiple departments across the hospital; redistributing goods and supplies to various units/areas; maintaining inventory tracking of materials; working with vendors to address issues; lifting and loading/moving supplies up to 60 pounds; and other duties as required. Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills. Applicants should be highly motivated, goal oriented and demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills.
