Under the direction of OPDE’s Organizational Support Services Section (OSSS) Chief, the Staff Services Manager I (Specialist) duties support programs and services which benefit the personal and professional growth and well-being of CDPH employees, as well as promoting organizational excellence. - Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide strategic project management support across public health programs and department initiatives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects that align with CDPH’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Apply project management best practices to ensure timely delivery, resource optimization, and measurable outcomes of public health programs and operational initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment to ensure project objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and achieved.
