The Statement of Qualifications’ (SOQ) purpose is to introduce questions that require a narrative response on how an applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities meet the qualifications for the position. The SOQ serves as a documentation of each candidate's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing.

INSTRUCTIONS:
All applicants must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that clearly and concisely addresses the questions below. The SOQ should be no more than two pages, typed in 12-point font. Responses should demonstrate your ability to communicate clearly, organize information, and, where applicable, apply analytical thinking to your work.
Please respond to the following:
1. Multimedia and Graphic Design Experience Describe your experience producing visual and multimedia content—including graphic design, video production, or motion graphics. What tools do you use, and how have you ensured your materials are aligned with brand, accessibility, or messaging standards? Please submit a link to your portfolio or demo reel.
2. Content Development and Campaign Execution Provide an example of a communications project or campaign you contributed to. What was your role in shaping the content or visual approach? How did your work help meet audience needs or strategic goals?
3. Project Management and Collaboration Share how you manage creative timelines and collaborate with others (e.g., program staff, leadership, translators, or external partners). How do you ensure that deliverables are on time, on brand, and accessible?
4. Data-Driven and Inclusive Communication Explain how you’ve used analytics, user feedback, or SEO insights to inform your content or design choices. How do you approach creating inclusive materials for diverse audiences?
