Job Description and Duties

Are you passionate about investigations? Do you like making a difference? If so, CalRecycle has the perfect position for you! We are seeking a motivated, dedicated candidate with an analytical mind to perform HR related investigations such as workplace violence, unlawful appointments, and merit issue complaints. Additionally, this position is responsible to create department wide HR and Administrative policies and procedures.

This position is required to be in the office a minimum of two days but will regularly require more time in office based on investigation schedules. Additionally, as a operational needs change, this position may be required to change minimum number of days in the office. Effective July 1, 2026, the expecation will increase to four days in office.
