• Experience designing or implementing social services programs to underserved populations.

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to quickly produce written deliverables such as memos and reports.

• Experience leading large meetings using strong verbal and written communication skills to present information or recommendations to all levels of internal and external stakeholders, including management and executive leadership.

• Knowledge and understanding or willingness and ability to learn CDSS organization, legislation, business program areas, technology architecture, and administrative processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
