All interested applicants are required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Please provide direct responses to each of the numbered items listed below. Applicants must number and include the full text of the SOQ items in their response. Please include specific examples of your education, training, and/or experience. SOQs should be limited to a maximum of two (2) pages, single-spaced, twelve-point Arial font.
1. Please describe your most complex IT contract and procurement experience. Response should include details pertaining to: procurement method(s) used, statement of work requirements, terms and conditions, facilitation of solicitation documents, types of tools or cloud services procured, and any other “key" information that substantiates your contract and procurement experience.
2. Describe a time when you felt you provided excellent customer service experience. Tell us about the situation, what steps you took, and what the outcome was.
3. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Tell us about a situation that demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders (such as business areas, vendors, colleagues, etc.)
Note:Applicants who do not follow these instructions may be disqualified from the selection process. Cover letters and resumes do not take the place of the SOQ.
