In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Knowledge, experience, and/or interest in drinking water and water quality.
• Laboratory and field sampling knowledge and/or experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing scientific reports and editing documents.
• Ability to perform field work.
• Experience working independently and in team support roles.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to organize and set priorities on assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with analyzing large sets of data, data management, such as data entry, formatting, queries, and assessing information and data.
• Experience with providing excellent customer service.
