•Interest in one or more areas of social services and/or housing services (i.e., child welfare, adult protective services, housing programs), including direct service experience
•Experience with state processes and/or best practices for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
•Background in or knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion practices in the workplace
•Experience in developing and implementing new processes and procedures
•Experience in a quickly expanding environment
•Experience working with SharePoint
