Statement of Qualifications
In a 1-2 page written narrative (i.e., essay format, no lists or bullets), please address the prompts below. Please address each prompt individually and clearly label (e.g., “Prompt 1”, “Prompt 2”) which prompt you are responding to in your submission.
Please note that failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications and/or failure to follow the specific instructions noted above may result in disqualification from the hiring process.
SOQ Prompt 1: Describe a work project you oversaw or played a key role in that you believe has best prepared you to be successful in this position. Please provide specific details about your role and responsibilities, the key tasks you completed, how you overcame any project challenges, and the measurable project outcomes or results achieved.
SOQ Prompt 2: Describe a time when you collaborated with colleagues to address a challenge at work (e.g., a workflow deficiency, a project issue, etc.). In your response, explain how you shared information, coordinated efforts, and contributed to identifying or recommending a solution.
SOQ Prompt 3: Describe your experience coordinating a large-scale or recurring process that required engaging multiple stakeholders (e.g., audit, inventory, compliance effort, or similar initiative). In your response, explain how you managed outreach, kept participants on track, and ensured accurate and timely completion.
