• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra Administration.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft endpoint deployment and configuration management solutions (i.e. Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM)
• Knowledge and experience with VoIP hosted solutions.
• Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing assignments and priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills to develop, interpret and clarify technical documentation, and IT policies.
• Familiarity with providing support and resolution for remote workers.
