Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is a discussion of how an applicant's education, training, experience, and skills meet the criteria in the duty statement and qualify the applicant for the position. Please include a no more than three pages, 12-point font, SOQ that describes your experience as it relates to this position/Duty Statement. Please address the following:
1. Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team or a complex project. Ability to manage projects and deliver under pressure and changing circumstances.
2. Experience making difficult decisions or actions based on the evidence available.
3. Experience providing excellent oral and written communications.
4. Experience in the areas of utility grid operations, emergency management, wildfire risk reduction and / or public safety power shutoffs (PSPS).
5. Experience in collaboration, negotiation, and relationship building.
