1. Experience supporting contracts, procurement, solicitations and/or administrative business processes in a public or private sector environment.
2. Knowledge of contracting and procurement processes, including scopes of work, bids, vendor coordination, and/or solicitation support.
3. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, regulations, and written guidance.
4. Experience tracking assignments, deadlines, document or data using tools such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, or similar systems.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with minimal direction.
6. Experience providing customer service and communicating professionally with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
7. Ability to identify issues, research options, and recommend practical solutions to support agency operations.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to support process improvements across business operations.
9. Ability to interpret complex regulations and clearly communicate requirements effectively to staff, management, IT, and external vendors.
10. Ability to manage multiple changing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
