Demonstrated experience speaking and writing effectively to individuals and groups of all levels of management, utilizing a variety of presentation techniques to communicate financial data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, MACRO’s and data visualization tools to gather, compile, analyze and interpret data.
The ability to conduct complex analysis and identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
Demonstrated experience researching regulation/policy, utilizing statistical and financial forecasting techniques to reason logically and creatively to resolve or provide information regarding complex issues.
Demonstrated strong collaboration skills and experience working with county employees, program managers, executives, and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work under great pressure with swift turn-around time-frames while maintaining composure and professionalism.
