In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• 3 years experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• 3 years experience defining and administering enterprise scale SharePoint tenant governance.
• 3 years experience migrating on premise file share content and functionality to SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Power Platform.
• 3 years strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• 2 years supporting Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• 2 years experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Service Bus.
• 1 year experience supporting Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Power Pages.
• Microsoft certifications such as:
o AZ 900 / AZ 104 or other Azure fundamentals/administrator credentials.
o MS-600: Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate
o MS-102: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
o MS-900: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with program experts, vendors, and technical teams.
