1. This position requires working with incarcerated youth and identifying and
resolving violations of their rights. Describe how your knowledge training, experience,
and skills prepare you to work in this field.
2. Describe your experience in conducting interviews of youth, people who are
incarcerated, people in crisis, and/or people who have experienced trauma or are
conveying other sensitive material.
3. Describe your experience conducting investigations and writing documents or
reports that could be under intense scrutiny (e.g. court filings, public documents).
4. Describe your experience working and interfacing on difficult issues with the
different actors in the criminal/juvenile justice system, including but not limited to law
enforcement, justice reform advocates, government officials, community based
organizations, and community partners.

This position is subject to fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice.
