Who We Are:
We're seeking innovative, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our Professional Advancement and Training Headquarters, a team dedicated to designing modern e-learning strategies and delivering high-quality training programs for the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Branch workforce. Design and Deliver: 

  • Lead engaging e-learning sessions and instructor-led courses using advanced tools and software to connect with learners. 
  • Transform complex technical information into clear, accurate knowledge articles, ensuring content remains aligned with operational needs and updated as policies evolve.
  • Keep It Fresh: Continuously review and update training materials to reflect the latest policies and procedures. 
  • Review and analyze policies, procedures, and project documents to create clear and actionable knowledge articles.
Drive Excellence: 
  • Provide consultative services to internal teams, ensuring the best practices in training delivery 
  • Use feedback and data to refine knowledge articles.
Optimize Processes: 
  • Research and recommend improvements to training methods and knowledge articles to keep things efficient and impactful.
  • Develop, test, and implement new software features in the Knowledge Management System.

Statement of Qualifications Requirements

A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required. The SOQ serves as the first phase of the hiring process. Background Investigation Requirement

The position(s) may require an applicant to pass a background investigation. However, applicants will not be asked to provide information about a conviction history unless they receive a conditional offer of employment.

The department will make an individualized assessment of whether the conviction history has a direct or adverse relationship with the specific duties of the job and the work performed by the department. The department will consider potential mitigating factors, including, but not limited to, evidence and extent of rehabilitation, recency, nature and seriousness, and age at the time of the offense(s).

The investigation will consist of completion of a personal history statement and fingerprinting checks with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, and/or local law enforcement agencies.
