In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
1. Experience presenting education and information to a diverse group of consumers, nonprofits, businesses, and/or government entities.
2. Experience creating, planning, coordinating, and managing events in-person or virtually.
3. Excellent communication, writing, project management skills, and attention to detail.
4. Networking, collaboration, organization, and partnership development experience.
5. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
6. Experience in other presentation software and platforms.
