In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Background and interest in health care law, health care industry trends and legislative/regulatory processes
• Experience in consumer advocacy, health care, government public service, data/policy analysis
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and implementing newly enacted legislation
• Ability to serve as a lead attorney, providing guidance to other attorneys, non-legal staff, and consultants on complex, difficult, or sensitive legal issues
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others, including non-legal staff.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Proficient use of the following software programs: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
