- Statement of Qualifications -
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted along with the State Application and serves as documentation of the applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. Resumes and cover letters do not take the place of the SOQ. The SOQ must be typewritten, limited to no more than three pages in total length, formatted with 1.0 line spacing in 12-point Arial font, with responses numbered according to the corresponding questions and address the following:
