• Minimum of 3 years experience and knowledge of Premium Audit process and systems
• Have excellent organization and time management skills
• Be able to work both accurately and efficiently to meet established deadlines
• Have the ability to work independently and within a team
• Have strong leadership skills and able to promote leadership development to staff
• Have the ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain staff
• Excel in team building within unit and interact effectively with intra and inter departmental management
• Have the ability to manage projects,meet deadlines,and contribute to task force projects
• Have working knowledge of Workers' Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau rules and auditing principles
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have knowledge to serve as a resource to the broker community, regional stakeholders, and external customers on auditing
• Have regular and predictable attendance
