• Ability to handle complex issues within the assigned project, providing recommendations based on findings, and using strong communication skills to present these suggestions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, adapt to shifting assignments, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience facilitating or leading meetings of various sizes and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including management, program and technical staff, and solution partners, through strong verbal and written communication, accurate reporting, and well-prepared presentations.
• Ability to conduct on-site reviews of county EBT operations or specific ad hoc projects to gather information, including case reviews, staff interviews, and data analysis.
• Experience in reviewing case records, county-level data, and county business processes for compliance, applying relevant regulations and policies.
• Experience collaborating in team environments and consulting internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with federal and state statutes, regulations, guidance and related policy implementation
• Knowledge and understanding or willingness and ability to learn county business processes, the EBT program, and related policies and procedures for programs utilizing EBT.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
