In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills and organizational habits
• Experience in a kindergarten through grade twelve educational setting and/or working with LEAs
• Experience with SARBs, chronic absenteeism, and truancy
• Knowledge of state and federal education laws, rules, policies, and procedures pertaining to chronic absenteeism, truancy, SARBs, suspension, and expulsion
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environments.
• Strong computer skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of interest holders
